God lead her to Greater Joy Baptist Church of Oxford, N.C. under the leadership of Pastor Ronnie Morton. There, Reverend Paschall helped build the church from the ground up. In this ministry she helped meet the spiritual, emotional, and mental needs of the congregation. This allowed her to minister to the people in a way that would be beneficial for the future work God was preparing her for. Reverend Paschall went on to lead the ministry team, budget committee, benevolent ministry, women’s ministry, and Christian education director. The Lord would later reveal his plan for her.
